The Institute of Elemental TrainingElements Welcome to The Institute of Elemental Training. If you are here, you are one of the unfortunate fools that has been cursed with an elemental gift. Get used to a life of boredom, punishment, and feuding.Elemental Boarding School- the basic concept of this role play is that, over the years, some people have developed a powerful relationship with some elements. And because of their power over that element, the Government is rather afraid and have quickly grabbed the bull by the horns. They have taken these people at young ages and placed them in a boarding school of sorts in which, in addition to normal schooling, the students are to develop their gift. The majority of the school is broken down into the four basic elements. Earth, Fire, Wind, and Water. But it seems that a few students have started to disappear, the staff of the school making up the excuse that they are sick. But what happens when the some students spot a faint light in the far off woods that surround the school? Following the light, they discover that the Government has been testing on their fellow students and mutating their Elements, but with this comes harsh draw backs; different in every student. What would happen if they are caught? Could they get away; alert the other students? Or would they also fall victim to the harsh punishment? Student Roster Earth

Late fall had settled over the country side school that roughly housed about six hundred students between the ages of six and nineteen, excluding staff. The temperature had shifted to freezing and everywhere about you, things were turning brown and dying, or so it seemed. A steady, freezing rain fell over the entire nation, the Government’s first hint that something was seriously amiss. And when the angels above were not releasing their bone chilling tears, hurricane force winds blew out of the northeast, casting everything in glossy ice. So the children had been confined within the frosty fortress, the old wood paned windows allowing a heavy draft to seep in. And the fact that the whole building was normally without the heat of the giant fireplaces, the thick, stone walls held the bitter, artic chill. But, alas, the school staff found that the icy temperatures had fallen to just the right degree to have a few fireplaces lit. One of these blessed rooms was a lounge, still covered in a thick layer of dust from the warm spring, summer, and fall months. The grand fireplace covered nearly one whole wall, the black marble reflecting the dancing flames that crackled with life. It spit embers merrily at the three feet of bared flagged stone floor, yearning for the paisley carpeting. Over on the far side of the opposite wall was a large bay window, the seat covered in worn yet comfy velvet upholstery. Here sat a lone figure, this room, after all, had just been warmed to bearable a few minutes ago. Clearly this young woman was part of the Earth element section of school. A plain outfit of jade green slacks hung off slightly small hips that jutted out of the sides of the forest green tunic pulled taunt about her middle with the aid of a large white sash, it being tied at the lower part of her back and left to dangle to the back of her knees. Dirty blonde hair, mostly consisting of deep brown shades with a few golden strands, had been chopped dramatically to elbows length and then pulled back into two French braids. A few short strands poked out in random spots, most of them being near her hair line in which these formed make-shift bangs. Beneath these strands were a set of plain hazel eyes, nothing special about them really besides the way they appeared to penetrate your body with a sharp, all knowing glare. Her skin was naturally a fair white color, causing the thick, jagged scar under her left eye to stand out as clear as day. Currently her forehead was pressed gently against the cool glass, her eyes watching the angel tears splatter against the window. Her slightly scabbed, chapped lips hung open somewhat as her hot breath caressed the glass. Beads of condensation built up, causing a small stream to streak down an form a mini puddle on the stiff parchment paper that dangled on the edge of her folded legs, a white feathered quill left forgotten in her ink stained fingers.
