"Maybe they were right when they said that we would kill ourselves.....I mean ever since they allowed for the public to be able to download ourselves into the mechanical bodies, it's been almost impossible to catch the ones involved in the revolt against the republic." These words drifted slowly into the setting haze of the sun, or was it really the sun setting? The year was 2416. Since then our Earth's O-Zone layer had developed more holes in it then Swiss cheese. The answer to this? Well all the cities around the world had becomes domed within a force Field. So now there was forever a haze settled about the top of the steady glowing ceiling of a pastel pink. And the sun? Of course it was a simulation just meant for the pleasure of the public. Just like the sad attempts of parks with real trees, grass, and flowers.
All of population's food was cloned and grown in labs and from there dehydrated, packaged, and shipped to market. There was also no such thing as wild animals. Most were dead and there was little left of their existence besides what was in databases and frozen DNA. But that wasn't the huge technological leap that had caused for our once beautiful world to, and pardon the language but its true, go to hell. No longer did we need to settle for our original bodies that were extremely limited. Instead we could custom order bodies, mechanical bodies. The flesh, hair, eyes, and body movement met the level of our original bodies and then took it to the next level. What was once special effects in movies that needed the aid of computers and green screens, we could do in real life. Since the body was mechanical, the breaking and bending hardly bothered you unless you were basically the scum of the city and couldn't afford a full mechanical body and you had to settle for just mechanical body parts, such as an arm or leg, that were connected to your nerves. Anyone could be as perfect as they wanted. The entire world was plastic and fake. If you were to touch someone you wouldn't feel any warmth from their skin, tears were never shed any more, and all had become reckless.
"We're left with a world full of fakes. That’s life, Storm. At least, now, it is." And so back to the present. Here sitting on the loading docks were two males. In the dimming light of the simulated sun were just the shadows of the twos' backs, the light reflecting off the tea colored water where the ships(as in like the ones on Cowboy Bebop) rested and waited for their owners. Both boys seemed to be identical at the moment judging by their height and clothing. Pulled over their 6'2 bodies was a black suit with silver clasps, and then pulled over that were dark forest green dusters trimmed in black and silver. But on the back of each of their jackets were silver pentagrams and lacing through each of the pentagrams was a red dragon. The mark of State Magicians. Now onto the looks of each. Each boy had a large mop of loosely curled hair that danced over their boyish smirks and to their chins. But their hair color differed.
The last that had spoken had called the other Storm. So we shall start with him. Storm's hair color was vibrant silver, unlike mosts dull. His skin was a nice sun kissed peach color but if you were to touch it, it would be ice cold. His eyes pulsed with color, a swirling mass of iridescent white and blue. Under his left eye was the only blemish you would find on this boy, and truly it wasn't a blemish at all. It was a small tattoo of three stars of black. In reply to the other boy's words, Storm had allowed a grin to over take his boyish face. Now there were bared straight pearly whites, one single chipped one in the front, top row.
"Too true, Corgan." Storm allowed these words to roll off his full lips and then glided a small metallic ball from the inside of his mouth over his lips. A tongue ring. Corgan chuckled softly and nudged his friend with his shoulder lightly and lifted his top hat of black off his lap and on top his mop of startling powder blue. A scarlet sash was tied about the top hat with a small golden skull pinned to it. Figure wise, he was the clone of Storm, but Corgan had customized his body to his liking. This involved porcelain white skin with complementing and rather shocking sunset orange eyes with long lashes. Now under his right eye were the same stars but rather colored bright lime green but nothing brought this out more then the heavy black liner on his eyes.
"Ahhh....." Corgan extended his arms above his head and stretch as he stood, gazing at the tea colored water of the harbor. "I wonder what time it is." Corgan mused aloud as Storm joined his side to gaze out over the harbor but his eyes were more fixed on the incoming ship that blasted a steady mist at them and caused their hair to quiver with life, like the magic that struggled to be released within them.

The Plot
As I said before, this is a rough outline of the plot. I might be updating it if this role play gets off the ground and the story progresses. And so, without further ado, I give you ‘The Plot.’
Welcome to the year 2416, the year that will go down in history as ‘The Rebellion.’ So what is this great rebellion that I speak of? It’s simple. But allow me to start at the beginning. There are things in this world that we cannot control. Things such as the weather, the migration patterns of animals, human nature. And one of these great mysteries happens to be the magic that some humans can produce. It started to make an appearance in humans in the early 18th century when people called Magicians preformed little side show acts to entertain people. At the time, the Magicians could perform small, simple tricks. But over the years, the magic grew stronger in these family lines. It wasn’t until 2200 when the government saw that these Magicians could be of true use if the powers were honed properly and the Magicians trained. Of course, there were kinks in this plan, but most issues were smoothed over with a few murders that went unsolved and fear that had been instilled inside these people. Now back to the present. So I ask again, what is the Rebellion? The Rebellion, as I said, happened in the year of 2416 when space exploration had developed into a whole new real-estate propaganda. But none of this was achieved without a bit of bloodshed. In fact, it resulted in the mass murder of a few colonies that had refused to leave their home planets when the humans invaded and claimed it as their own. Any of this ringing a bell to anyone? Such as what happened to the Native Americans? And yet there was still one problem. It was the fact that the Government’s own people were against this the whole time. These were the people that had had everything taken away from them and were stripped of their pride, left with only the hope that someday something or someone could restore our race to its former glory. But this was not to be. Those that went along with the Government, whether they believed in what it was doing or not, were being spread out over to new planets. These people had power, money, everything. In fact, they were basically a whole new breed of humans. They had been genetically perfected over the years. They had been specifically bred to be stronger, faster, and healthier then the average humans that populated the decrepit planet earth. In addition to these improved humans, they were also picking out those gifted with magic to bred like livestock so they would produce excellent Magicians. The cream of the crop, if you will. Some of these children were born in facilities where they were raised and trained under the watchful eyes of scientists, just to see how well they did. But most were born on the planet Earth so they would endure hardships and be ‘tough as nails’, as the government wished. But as you can imagine, this plan would back fire. When these Magicians reached the age of ten, they were taken into Service and trained in hand to hand combat, how to perfect their talents, and learn those that they did not yet know. In addition to these things, there was also the normal select few taken for more extensive training of mechanics, navigation, piloting, etc. By the simple age of fourteen, they were released into the world and dispatched to areas to keep the peace and carry out orders bestowed upon them. Well, most of them anyway. What did they honestly expect, setting a bunch of teens gifted with powers and titles on the loose? A lot abused their privileges, and it was these children that the Government would chose as the high commanders of their armies. Others just lazed about, enjoying the high life as all around them people starved and were stricken with disease. Well, that’s how it was till they were all called into assembly and informed of their next mission. With this mission, they would have to chose who’s side they were going to join. The mission was a mass genocide of the Earth population, a war against their very own people. Who’s side are you on?
